The odyssey of Ulises Santiago, an undercover FBI informant from 1975 to 1985 until he disappeared shortly after his last covert operation.

Odiseo is a concept album sporadically recorded by Dave Ryder and Dan McHugh from April of 2008 until August of 2010. It is a modern day version of Homer’s Odyssey, with the songs and storyline reflecting the events that occurred in Homer’s epic.

Some notes about the album cover:
I used GIMP to edit the original photo by “Rufus” Ross.
The font is miasm_infection by Andi Jones.
The light parts were enhanced to simulate a glowing effect, then the entire rendered photo ran through a lens distortion to give the impression of looking at San Diego through the rounded “porthole” window of Santiago’s boat.
